Returns and Refund Policy:

At enrichED Education, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. Please review our policy below:

Returns:

- We accept returns within 14 from the date of purchase. You may be issued a return address of where to return your damaged goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

- Please include proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

Exchanges:

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Shipping:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
